We'd been wondering what the new dirty great metal cupboard was for. I notice that there's a laminated notice on it.
This cupboard is for the storage of old envelopes for re-use
And yes, inside the cupboard is a pile of tatty old boxes full of tatty old used envelopes.

These envelopes are just crying out for a grant to be obtained.
And of course a consultant to write the grant, which would detail the sparkling new use for these old envelopes.
Or, perhaps one could put them in the children's section with a book on Origami and the sign: Free!
