We have four closed. Trouble is, until yesterday (three weeks before the great day) we'd only been told it was two.So a plaintive call came through at 9.05am saying "It's coming up with the wrong date. We're shut on 1st May."I needn't translate any of this jargon, I know.
I'd taken the precaution of ringing all the branches prior to asking Policy Team.
