I used to breed tortoises but this place is so small it was three to a shell

I'm swapping performance target stories with a colleague.
"We are ploughing through e-PLUS survey results to see if we did anything right. Putting new PCs in just before we did the customer satisfaction survey might have helped. "

You could come to our place to be a consultant. We stop asking the people we don't like. Easier that way.

Ms Cow: you know by now the difference between having new PCs and making them available to anyone. It's about seven months.

Madamae: that's damned cunning. We usually get by with telling the customers beforehand that the council's looking to close unpopular libraries.
