Reluctantly I say no. It's not the printer's fault. It's not the PC's fault. And it's not the staff's fault. Everything is so nailed down by the IT department that it won't work on the network.Please, please, please can I throw this PC through the window?!
Sigh....

I sympathise with Hettie - after all these years of working with PCs I still can't quite accept that computers are never wrong.
