Wow

We finally got the keys back to Carbootsale Library the other day. Milton and I nip over to have a look at the results of a very major bit of building work.

It looks utterly fucking fabulous.

More positive news, Kevin, that's marvellous, (as long as they haven't, like, over-spent on it or anything).

Gadjo: You're allowed to overspend on public capital projects, in fact it's almost compulsory. There's no money for delivering the services for the building, but that's another box of jelly altogether.
