Sometimes only a clout will do.
And i don't mean the ones you cast off.
You could go along and tell them how much better yours is...
find some more products - ask them to run some systematic reviews to make sure they are not wasting money buyung something that isnt fit for purpose, then give them the criteria for assessing fitness for purpose. then they actualy do some work for you....
