Tell it how it is, Kev. I know a clever girl here who works in a kiosk selling Bounty Bars etc. She said that she almost couldn't stand it any longer until she realised that all she had to do was act stupid: the punters (who are generally always complaining about her prices or her choice of stock) then always feel in the right and so are now much nicer to her.
